Although it's not clear from the written description, this item is in fact a 2-pack of replacement heads for Braun Cross Action toothbrushes. What you get in the package resembles the product photo. It's a great value, and the tool that's included makes the job easy.

I've been having a hard time finding these in stores lately. Happy to find them here, and reasonably priced. These toothbrushes are great. We've been using them for over 5 years. They're still going strong, and the replacement heads last a few months each. Cheaper than throw-away toothbrushes in the end.
